3. Payments & Refunds

• Price: $1.00 USD per explanation.
• Final Sale: Due to the immediate cost of AI processing and transaction fees, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you dislike the joke or the explanation.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: We own the "ExplainLikeImDrunk" brand, the UI design, and the prompt engineering.
• Usage: You are granted a license to share screenshots or text of the generated output for personal or social media use.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to input:

• Hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
• Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of yourself or others.
• Prompts intended to bypass our safety filters.

6. Limitation of Liability
